Payments
If you’re having trouble upgrading your membership or paying for a FoundYou service, it could be due to:
Incorrect Billing Information – Check that your card details, billing address, and name match your bank’s records.
Insufficient Funds or Limits – Make sure your account has enough balance and your card hasn’t reached its transaction limit.
Bank or Card Restrictions – Some banks block online or international payments for security reasons. Contact your bank to approve the charge.
Unsupported Payment Method – Confirm that the payment method you’re using is accepted on FoundYou.
If you’ve confirmed all details and the payment still fails, please email billing@foundyou.com.au with your account name and transaction attempt details so our team can assist you quickly.
If you believe you are eligible for a refund on a FoundYou membership or service:
Review Our Refund Policy – Refunds are only available for specific situations, such as duplicate charges or cancellations within our stated refund period.
Submit a Refund Request – Email billing@foundyou.com.au with your account details, payment date, and reason for requesting a refund.
Wait for Processing – Our support team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
💡 Note: Refunds are not typically available for completed subscription periods or services already delivered.
Redeeming a coupon on FoundYou is quick and easy:
Choose Your Plan or Service – Add the desired membership or service to your cart.
Enter Your Coupon Code – On the checkout page, look for the “Coupon Code” field and type in your code exactly as provided.
Apply and Confirm – Click Apply Coupon to see the discount reflected in your total before completing payment.
💡 Tip: Coupon codes are case-sensitive and may have an expiry date or usage limit. If your code isn’t working, check the terms or contact support@foundyou.com.au for assistance.
If you need to update the name on your FoundYou account:
Log in to Your Account – Go to your Profile Settings from the dashboard.
Edit Your Personal Details – Update your first name, last name, or display name as needed.
Save Changes – Click Save to confirm.
💡 Tip: For security reasons, we may require identity verification before making significant account changes. If you cannot update your name in settings, contact support@foundyou.com.au for assistance.

If your payment is not processing successfully, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
Incorrect Payment Details – Double-check that your card number, expiry date, CVV, and billing address are entered correctly.
Insufficient Funds – Ensure that your account has enough balance or credit limit to cover the payment.
Bank or Card Restrictions – Some banks block certain online transactions by default. Contact your bank to verify and approve the payment.
Technical Glitches – Try using a different browser, clearing your cache, or attempting the payment again after a few minutes.

If you need a refund for your FoundYou subscription or service, the process is quick and straightforward:
