  • Incorrect Billing Information – Check that your card details, billing address, and name match your bank’s records.

  • Insufficient Funds or Limits – Make sure your account has enough balance and your card hasn’t reached its transaction limit.

  • Bank or Card Restrictions – Some banks block online or international payments for security reasons. Contact your bank to approve the charge.

  • Unsupported Payment Method – Confirm that the payment method you’re using is accepted on FoundYou.

If you’ve confirmed all details and the payment still fails, please email billing@foundyou.com.au with your account name and transaction attempt details so our team can assist you quickly.

If you believe you are eligible for a refund on a FoundYou membership or service:

  1. Review Our Refund Policy – Refunds are only available for specific situations, such as duplicate charges or cancellations within our stated refund period.

  2. Submit a Refund Request – Email billing@foundyou.com.au with your account details, payment date, and reason for requesting a refund.

  3. Wait for Processing – Our support team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.

💡 Note: Refunds are not typically available for completed subscription periods or services already delivered.

Redeeming a coupon on FoundYou is quick and easy:
